Two weeks have passed in 2023! Let me ask…how is it going so far? Most folk
take a least a few minutes when an old year ends and a new one begins, to ponder

I feel strongly that everyone of us must take some “Me Time”! “Me Time” is often
the hardest time to find. It can range from curling up, in a favourite chair, with an
intriguing book, taking a brisk walk or having a much needed 20-minute siesta.

temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?
You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore, honour God
with your bodies.”
One way to honour God with your body is to look after it. “Me Time” is not only
important but it is the right thing to do. So, with two weeks gone, and 50 more to
go, block off a space in your calendar for regular “Me Time.” Your body, mind
and spirit will thank you.
